T-case - Atlas.....:D:D:D

14 bolt rear - any chevy 3/4 ton or up....

60 front - 1 ton chevy or some dodges

15 rims will fit, you will need to grind the calipers for clearance - or - run some extremely offset rims (And being full width, you won't want to go any wider) :D:D:D

The drivetrain I would build, and have played with building....

383 stroker, 700R4, 203 range box, 205 t-case, 14 bolt from the rear of a Chev dually truck (narrower), D60 front from a mid-70's F250 (high pinion) (would have to cut down). 16.5 rims with beadlocks.

D60 front are on some Chevs, Fords, and Dodges. Just gotta search. 14 bolts are Chev only I think. 203 is a common Chev t-case and the 205 is as well. Doublers are much more useful IMO than a single Atlas low gear, and would fit will with your drivetrain length.

I basically agree with Woody except for the part about the Ford Dana 60 front. If an Atlas is too spendy, then I doubt you would like the price tag for the RC Ford D60. Since Fords have a driver's side pumpkin, you have to completely re-do the axle tubes to move it to the passenger's side and to narrow it. Furthermore, with the long drivetrain Woody favors (700R4, 203 and 205), the front driveshaft is long enough that you don't need the high pinion. That, of course, is only my opinion.

Use a NP208 transfer behind the 700R4.

It is aluminum and rated for bigger vehicles than the FJ-60.

I think it is a great choice. It gets a bad wrap due to being chin driven but it is a stout case!
