I did a search and didnt find what I was looking for. Anyone have an e-mail or web address to find some of those rocksliders that were posted a while back? They replace the step and kinda act as a nerf bar as well. Does anyone have any clue what im taking about? I think someone custom made them and started selling them because everyone wanted some.

Epochs is ran by Bruce Miller out of Longmont Co. I believe those Rock Sliders were a collaberative design between Bruce and Dave Brown (TLCA President) as a copy of what Dave put on his cruiser (Red Fox). I have a set and they are killer!! I had to do some trimming of the Rocker panels to get them to fit where i wanted....
I will also look for the number to EPOCHS. :smokin: :smokin:

You can call Bruce at 303-772-7597.
Last I spoke to him, about three or so months ago, he was slashing the price to try and get rid of them. Great product.

I don't think they make them foe 60's:confused: In fact when I got mine, he was blowing them out cause he was getting out of the Cruiser market completely:(

Demanding today, huh! :flipoff2: Try bruce@epocs.com. I had a few pics both uninstalled, and installed, but they all died with my laptop last week. Maybe 60seriesguy can dig them up, he was the one who sent them to me.

I got mine about 5 months ago, don't know if they still have them, if they do they're a great deal at $206 delivered;)

If you guys strike out there, give Moto-Masters (Tin Bender and fatkid) a call at 760 446 2292, they can hook you up with some good chit:D :D

Same idea for the 40 I'm sure -- just shorter in length.

I have a set of rock gaurds for an FJ40, if thats what your looking for. They are 3/16 plate that replace the step ( you also trim the body by 2 1/2 inches). They are 2" tall and wrap under the body by 1/2 to protect the sheet metal. These are gloss powder coated.

Welded to the frame?

no there bolted to the thick part of the body- are the ones you looking for mounted to the frame as well?

I don't have any pics of the one's i got from EPOCH's for my fj40 (no digital camera), but there are probably some pictures out there of Red Fox's fj40 that show them (after all he is the TLCA president). He has the original pair of his FJ40. He can be spotted with a trailer called Fox Tails....
Mine came with holes to bolt them on, but I welded them to the frame.

Cheers !

I'm not looking for sliders. Mine are welded to the frame of my 55. I just happened to have some photos of Bruce Miller's (Epoc) sliders.
