Very nice.
So your rear driveline....is it like,4 inches long?!
I know mine could stand to be bigger and Im running a relatively compact 2.8L, T-5, Dana300 combo.

Actually, I think he ended up with right at about 20" on the rear d-shaft.
It did real well on the little initial run up at Tom's place.....still have to work on the linkage to the 203 box as we weren't able to go into low on it....only high.....
Should be a fun ride for him....BIG difference in wheel speed in the mud with the 4.3 vs..the stocker..... :D It gets up and scoots real quick!!

what's your t-5 outta??
Its a "custom" hybrid I built.Thats another nice thing about the T-5,they are super common and easy to build into something one-off because there are really only two types of T-5....WorldClass and non-WorldClass.
Chevy S10 bellhousing, main case and input shaft.
Early Jeep Cherokee gearsets/shafts with a lower 1st gear than the S10.
CJ tail housing and shifter which allows the Dana300 to bolt right up.

I know where you are talking....that is a different guy, he is more into the novelty of samurai's, not offroading them.
Larry lives up in the North end of springfield a few minutes from my place.
Larry's also got the extra Harness and ecu you are looking at buying.
