XJ coil length

i am working on a paper for mechanical design and need the loaded length of a stock XJ coil. i have one in front of me but not one that is loaded.

so you need the length of the stock coil when the weight of the vehicle is on it? did a paper for one of my mechanical engineering classes, i believe it to be 11" when in the vehicle.
