Thanks to you all!!!! I got the troop on the road and runing right. The o2 sensor, was found after I found the connector under the center console tray
with black/yellow tracer and black/red tracer and reconnected them the codes came flying. I replaced the o2 sensor and the TCM and now the only code I have is EGR sys Failier, which is going to be there seing as the previous owner pulled the hole thing out. (Stupid). Does anyone know what that sensor input is so that I can stop the code until I can get the pump and manifold replaced?
You guys are the bomb. Thanks!!!

Glad we could help  One point of interest, though... the air pump is not part of the EGR system; so its absense is not the cause of your EGR code. I'd check the EGR tube for crud build-up and the valve for proper operation, making sure any vacuum lines are hooked up as they should be. Good luck.

I understand about the pump, but the hole EGR system is missing. The previous owner pulled it out and crimped all the lines.
