What work does it need? Is there any rust? Where is the jeep located?

Some rust, I found some rust where the seat mounts on the drivers side-rest of the floor seems solid, and have noticed a spot the size a quarter on the body bubbling, I also think there is some bondo in places, for reasons unknown . It needs to be tuned up (some parts bought for this already) some sending units rewired, wiper motor runs but the arms don't move, the rest I do not know as I have only replaced the bellhousing and added a new starter,rebuilt the carb, added hardtop & towbar, got new carpet for it. I haven't driven it a 1/2 mile total since I got it. Needs smog stuff. Hasn't been registered since 2004. It is located in reno, nv.
