DEnd has a contact that can get us the 15% interest available for higher level players only.
So, i'm thinking what we might do is pool all of our money, give it up for the interest, then get it to the first person in line to buy the largest property possible.

You need to keep in mind that the server is in Central Time Zone..

So you need to refer to the Game Clock.. not your wristwatch.

Whenever i'm talking about times to transfer money, i'll be speaking in terms of the game clock. ;)

Of course, we do need to transfer the money before 5:00 to get the interest.
Or just sell your individual properties and get the interest yourself, THEN send the cash off.

I think it should go by level...Those with higher levels could turn it around quicker, then continue to help by bringing in more cash to donate to this, and really get the ball rolling much faster to get everyone hooked up.

My idea would be to sell the property before the 5:00 pm deadline, keep the money in the bank until after the interest is calculated, then transfer the money used JUST FOR THE PROPERTY on to the next person in line.

So, at the end of your 24hour period, you would have jumped your stats considerably, and you end up with the interest from several billion dollars.

The idea is that you sell your property right before 5:00 pm game time. Then they pay out interest at 5, you end up making interest and buy back your property.
It takes 1% off what you deposit to the bank, and you earn 2% interest.
You essentially gain 1% of your money. You'd think that's not a lot, but when you're talking in the billions, it's a large amount of extra cash.

Large amounts of money doesn't help your stats. Only property does that.

Yup. The better the property is the more stats you get when you train. The higher your stats the better youur chances are to hit (or avoid being hit).

The only factor the weapon or armour influences is how much damage you do or how much damage you can take. I prefer to avoid getting hit in the first place :D

lvl 36. I thought we would buy a continent build your stats to over 300k then sell the continent and pass the money to the next person to build their stats and on and on blah blah blah. you could hit 300 k fast. then we would have a bunch of sleepers at low lvls with monster stats.

From the guys that have bought large properties, it seems to take a REALLY long time to get the stamina up.
So if we do this, whoever gets the money will have to have it for quite a long time before they see any real benefits. I'm thinking at least 3-4 days.

And if we have 4 people participating in this, that's over 2 weeks just to do one cycle.

For a long-term plan, it's viable, but i don't know how long everyone is going to be interested in this game??

I have come to the realization that it would just take too long to get this plan working...
I only have a small private compound, and it's taken 5 hours to get to 45% of my stamina. And i am still not reaping the full benefits of the training.
I figure with a continent, it would take at least 36 hours to get the full benefits, and that means the next guy would have no house, and no money foe 3 days.
For the 4th guy in line, it would take 12 days. I don't think anyone wants to wait that long... I personally do not.
