My bronco had a 302 swapped over the 6cyl but the stock 6 cylinder radiator is in place. It is a mild 302 and I definitely need a larger radiator. Can I pull one from a 5.0 mustang, crown vic or truck? I would rather pull a good conditon radiator and make it work then spend around 200+ on on from the major EB parts houses.

I plan on modifying a chevy lt-1 electric fans and shroud to fit over what ever radiator I choose as they move fairly large amounts of air for a stock fan. (It's free, that's why I choose it). I also like being able to shut the fan off when heading into mud/streams etc.

Which water pump are you using? If you go later model on the rad you will need a newer water pump with drivers side drop, may need a different or electronic fuel pump. Crown vic radiator is about 4" too wide. I put a 4core rad from 88 mustang 5.0 in my 67 EB w/o body lift. Took ALOT of trimming but it fit. This would be cake with your BL. I used a WP from 88 crown vic 5.0. The car has a twin serp setup, which runs the WP the same way as a V belt car. I plan on using a rad from a 97 V8 explorer in my 66 EB, tall and narrow, should be a nice fit. Try radiatorbarn.com for dimensions and prices, never used them, but plan to in the future.
