Couple'a questions about wheels here. I know that you're supposed to run beefy wheels for large tires, but the big tires fit on the wheels only rated for 30" max just fine. How many people running, say, 37 and up tires actually have wheels rated for them?
This because I'm going with 39.5's on $30 whitespoke 15x10 8 lugs and I have no idea how they will hold up.
Second, looking through the latest Peterson's and I see Jason Paule and I'm sure others will laser cut thick steel and redo the centers completely.
Anybody sell centers separately, or do you have to ship 'em off and get them done.

Bent a set of cheap set of "spokes" last year during an obstacle course run. 33/12.5/15 Swampers on a K-5. Came down off a jump, wheels turned, center section bent, siezed upon the caliper, busted the tube loose from the center (d44), and fried the tire. I would find or build or get something way stronger.
