i got a bronco2, and i just got so full width axels (dana 44, 9in),and i am going to run my stock 2.9, and a difrent tranny the stock and i want to run dual-case's, but i dont want to have to cut the case in half, i might have to build my own adapter, but i was woundering what t-case's would be the easyest to do dual cases, and also what would a good tranny to go with this set up

If you prefer the auto, dump the problematic A4LD and run a C5 from an 84 B2 or Ranger. From there you can run the "stubler". http://www.4-x-fab.com/
Or run any of the manuals and the "stubler". He sells them complete so you don't need to find donors, do any cutting or welding to them. You will need to fab up a crossmember/t-case support though.
If you want to run the fullsize t-cases, run a C4 (with the C5 bellhousing) and then you'll have to modify the frame to fit any fullsize t-case except a Ford Dana20.

you could always do devorced cases, but i don't know if that would be too long of a drive line

If you just want to go slow, find a Toyota double t-case and adapt it. It will be significantly smaller, shorter, and lighter and will easily handle all of the torque your motor can put out...and then some. Plus, you've got several gearing options for the Toyota that are much less money than the 205 equivalents.
'Yota guys have been running 302's for years and their crawl boxes seem to be holding up fine.
Edit: You're swapping axles, so I assume you can figure out which side your pumpkin needs to be on :D

I have been running a jeds for 2 years now, but if northwest fab was out when I got mine I would have steped up to the bling.
