Gonna be putting full hydro on my 60 soon. Doing some research but coming up short. Looking for places to buy, good quality names and pricing?
So far i've found Howe (no pricing) and PSC (no pricing)
Both look pretty good.. So what can I expect to spend for high pressure lines, 8" dual stroke ram, pump and hydraulic valve?
Are there any other names i'm over looking?

Just build your own...Check out Bailey's Hydraulics or Grangiers. Both sell the ram, char-lynn orbital valve, and lines you will need to make any set-up you want.

I run full hydro from PSC - they match the system for what you need. Same goes for Station, Howe, Rockstomper, etc. I know PSC's tech support is great from personal experience - others have noted the same for the ones mentioned above.

Contact Sean at POS (Station) Few would argue that his ram is the best on the market. He can be difficult to get a hold of at times, but was always realy good at getting back to me when I left a message. I told him exactly how I wanted my rig to steer and he delivered it. I got true car-like handling, out of my full hydro setup. I had about $1200 in the main components and spent another $400 on top-quality lines, designed to carry one spare and wrapped in kevlar sheathing

ditto...
I spent about 1200 at PSC putting full hydro on my 60... I could not be happier... It drives on the street very nice, it drives on the trail very nice, it drives in the rocks very nice... give them a call and tell them your application and they will be more than helpfull... Howe quoted me over 2 grand for a simalar system. Although I have no personal experiance with Station he is a vender on this board and I have heard nothing but good things about him... you might want to try him also.
I reccomend reading Billa vistas articals on full hydro steering, he has a very nice table for calculating all the variables involved.
Just for your information I am running the 8 inch travel heavy duty ram from PSC with there brand of orbital in the 4.7 ci per rev flavor(I get about 3.3 turns lock to lock), I used there p style pump with every avaliable upgrade that came with te res. I highly reccomend a cooler for your system.
here are some pics of how I mounted the ram to my 60

I went with the PSC set up for my 72 Chevy, ran me about a grand plus two bills for the braided hoses from Deering Industries. Rides geat. Most my wheelin' buddies are running the AGR Rock Ram kit, some switched to PSC and said it was a better system.

I put full hydro on my Full-width CJ7 and will never run another trail rig with out full hydro. Full hydro is the only way to go!
