For a 10" rim I'd run no less than a 13.5" wide tire.

No, ours don't cone much due to the design...just enough to make a better seal which is a good thing.

You generally don't machine balance beadlocks. Our are the most balanced you can buy though. I have hundreds of customers that didn't use any balancing media in the wheels and they report no issues at all.

You'll need to supply the inner aluminum ring. Our steel inner won't weld to aluminum.

Don't have them on the jeep yet, but finally finished them last night. Doing the driveway stack poser shot. Yes they are grade 8 bolts, just the ArmorCoat from McMasterCarr to help against the salt they love to use up here in the Northeast.

I have installed these for locals that run them on daily driver Jeeps. Everyone is amazed at the balance. They are designed and cut by multi million dollar machines so the symetry is unparalled. Just remember to remove all lead weights permenantly. If you have some really off balance tires you can add air-soft BB's for balance. About 10oz per tire is plently.

There is a full write-up on our site btw. We recommend 2"x3/8" grade 8 bolts with nylock nuts. Washers IMO are unnecessary. Many of our customers have used grade 5 bolts with success.
