: Q's about the XML's

OK, since there aren't any decent tires out there for my 16" rims and I'm almost done making my beadlocks for them, I figured I better start searching for a decent tire again. Well the XML's come in a 325/85R16 ( 38.7x 12.9). So I'm thinkin' I like this size. My questions are mainly what is the tread compound like. Is it soft, as in grippy on the rocks. Or are we just relying on the massively spaced lugs to grab an edge? I haven't gotten a price for them from the dealer yet and I see that 6x6x6 doesn't list them.

Daniel do you expect to have any of these available anytime soon? I cant afford to buy them new from Michelin. BTW the 110r16 is nice but i would like more width.

The XML's have a slightly harder compound then the Swampers but they still grip well on rocks. They are very high quality and are heavy duty.

I sell them for 385US per tire which is as good of price as I have seen on them. I have seven in stock, if you are interested in them shoot me an email and I will give you the low down on them.

I'll post pics soon, getting closer to being done. I am just finishing my double beadlock wheels.

Show me some pics of your tricked out Suzuki that you are working on.

Have you checked out the PJ Dirt Grips? They have a 38-15.50R-16. Then ya got regular TSL 38x13x16's. Jsut some more options for ya.

Daniel, you've got a bit of work to do to those tires to get them to fit under that sami :flipoff2: :flipoff2: :flipoff2:

I'm not a big fan of the PJ Grips, they're alright but they just don't get my juices flowing. I have the same feelings about regular TSL's.

I haven't priced the XML's out at my local dealer yet as I'm waiting on a big ol check to come rollin' my way. We'll see what the future holds, but I'm really diggin these tires.
