I did a search... anybody know if this axle is stout, or if it is a D44 in D60 clothing..

Thanks

It's a 60, 30 spline, full float, 1.31" shafts.

Thanks :D

Any advise/personal preference on custom axles, I assume we could procure some 35 spline shafts. Moser?

It's centered, it's behind a 727/208 - we bought the truck as a parts heep. Thinkin about cuttin', shaving the D60, new shafts & locker, etc.

Hey is that thing a five lug? If its a five lug it should have 1.5in 35spline shafts right? They are a great swap in and if it is 8 lug then the above info applies.

It would be 8 lug 30 spline small spindle housing. I didnt think that they had the centered 60 in that year but Jeep did strange things. As stated above it should be offset to the passenger side by 6"

Dodge vans used the exact same rearend

Hard find...The J truck 35 spline...I looked high and low for one...Of course I'm sure there's one sitting in my neighbors yard and I don't even know it...

And it came behind a T18 and CENTERED output D20 case.
