Anyone heard anything on how this could affect the RTMP?

that looks like the study that is done every year as a means of determining the harvest amount for game fish and animals. Correct me if I'm wrong but it could be used to protect necessary habitat for cetain species. Like the vehicle closure for winter deer habitat..
