skeetshooter and i have both signed up our rigs for the pro rocks in arkansas in june. so we might see you there. you did say you were going to make all the pro rocks didn't you. o yea i stepped up and bought a set of the bfg 37s for the comp. where in the hell did you find some cheap rims for those bastards. i bought a set of bling bling rims and i am having to make new centers to run them. mike

I have a busy summer of east coast events also, but I have no idea when or where they are. Badassjeepguy just tells me, "we're leaving for Tennessee Thursday around noon". I'm not a big fan of calendars.

gun, yes, I will be in the arkansas and indiana events.

For rims, check out Trailready. They aren't *cheap* but they are reasonably priced for beadlocks.

WARNING: Trailready makes some sweet beadlocks, but they are hard as 10 muthafuckas to mount/dismount.

After removing the outer ring, we had to put the tires on a tire machine to break the outer bead loose. That definetly sold me on these wheels.

Can anybody give me specifics on the Vernal Event. Like were it is held and some time frames. Right now I only live 1.5 hours north of Vernal and I need a wheeling fix. :flipoff2: :flipoff2: :flipoff2:

I'll be cometing at the UROC event in Cedar City. ILean and Vonski will be competing as a team as well. I imagine most of the Utah guys on this board will be there in some capacity.

If the Crawler Brawl takes place, I'll be there, May 25th. Then to the Big Dogs Spring Fling June 7-9 . Then just alot of wheelin at Creek Falls,Casparis , and maybe try to get to Paragon sometime this summer.

Lance, could these events and any others that are already planned be put on the calendar? I want to try and make at least one event this year and it would be nice to have everything in one place. I will bring taco bell!!! :D

I'm going to try and make the Arkansas event. As big as the "beat up DRM" pot is I figure I can pay for gas and meals. :evil:

i should be going to the arkansas event mainly to meet other people and watch the "Beat up DRM" event. i might be stuck as his minion but it should still be fun to watch.

i'm gonna try to drive up to the arkansas event,but just to watch and meet a few of the board members:D

Which would be a better to view CalRocs or RCAA? I was at Farmington in Septermber but i wanna know sombody's opinon on which would better to view? Farminton was sweet......

Somebody else want to answer this one, I'm kinda bias in my thinking...:D :D

I have not been to "the site" RCAA is using in Vernal this time. But the BARS or clubs in Utah Suck, if this makes a difference at all to you. The last Vernal RCAA (ARCA then) event I went to sucked for the spectator, CalROCS venue at Moon Rocksis very spectator friendly, RCAA has all the top competitors, CalROCS has many of the top competitors (by definition "top" means recognizable names). Also consider that the CalROCS event is in Reno, Nevada....."The Biggest Little City in the World" and the base hotel is the Reno Hilton Casino and Hotel, one mighty fine establishment.:D

I will be going to the CalRocs event.

I'll be in Farmington for Pro-Rocks event this month. I'll be spotting for Adam again. We'll see if us Texas boys can do better this time. We got a new rig and can actually turn now. Matter of fact we will be at all the Pro-Rock events this year. Look forward to meeting some of u guys too. Hey Lance, can I give u my $20 for the BB at the event?:D Wait, u might just buy :beer: with it:p .

But seriously, I started my own business (http://www.cliffordcreations.net) doing websites and what-not. Make my own hours, and be my own boss. I can also work on my laptop out of town. ;)

It's all about what you want in life. I for one sacrifice having nice cars and a nice house, etc. to compete, and go wheelin as much as possible. You just gotta figure out what's important to YOU, and DO IT.

Alright.....I'll give you that. I'm pretty obsessed about nice house and cars and standard of living (from my P.O.V.) and accordingly can't afford the "wheeling four weekends a month" thing. Cudos to you for making it happen. How do you keep the wife and kids happy when you're gone so often? Not baggin' on ya....just curious.

So now that I have a working Jeep, is there any chance of running into you this summer??? Or do I have to compete in CalROCS to get to see ya again? I'll bring the VODKA.
