does a turbo 350 flex plate work for a 700r4?
(i don't think so but want to be sure.)

does a flex plate from an older 350 motor, (1977 350) bolt up to a newer gen small block. (vortec.)

if your flex plate it dual drilled it will work a total of 6 holes around the outside that the bolts will bolt to.

no the early style will not bolt up to a vortec motor different bolt pattern

I think there is a ballance issue, trying to bolt a pre 86
350 flexplate (two peice rear seal) to any 86+ (one peice rear seal) 350. If it would bolt up at all.
