Cheapest place to get a Factory TJ soft top??

Hey guys my brothers girlfriend is looking to get a soft top for her 2003 TJ, now the kicker is that it has to be factory Mopar/Jeep stuff. So what ive come up with from jeepworld.com is this part number #82209489. Is this the right part number? she wants the tinted windows and black. So does anybody know anybody who works at a dealership and can get her a good deal on one? I hope somebody can help im not a jeep person.

why not get a bestop? The sailcloth replacment is almost identical the the factory one. In some ways better. You could go to the stealership or look on ebay, lots of people sell them on there
