For those who have fabricated your own forward opening front end...what have you used for hinges? Made your own? Adapted some other hinges? Purchased kit?

I'm looking to do it on my CJ5 and I'm looking for some do's, don'ts, if-I-did-it-all-over-agains, and most importantly...pictures.

I saw one once that used the older Willys style tailgate hinge...sorry no pics.
