I have a new 383 crate motor,new th400 tranny and np205 transfer case for sale. It is in a blazer and running with less than 1000 miles on it. $4300obo pm if intrested. This would be a great start to a project vehicle. The truck is in Reno Nv

Let me explain what NEW is.
New is in the damn box or installed but not ran.

No dumba$$ it is not the same.This set-up is like 6 months old with just some break in miles not 4 years old, hence still being pretty new. Again when you buy a New truck off the lot and it already has 50 miles on it do you argue with the dealer about buy a used truck.:flipoff: :flipoff:

How much for the used 383? What hp rating is it? What heads? Aluminum vortec heads?

I too will give you some grief for putting new in the title and it is used - look up Wenzel.:laughing:

But I am in need of a motor and am interested if it is the right price/package. This was from GM performance parts or someone else?

I am looking for the sheet on the motor still. It will tell me about the heads and vendor who built it I just kind find it right now. I am trying to sell this for my Dad. I do know the motor has a dyno sheet and it is 360hp. I will let you know more when I find the build sheet and I will Pm you if I decide to part it out. I would like to sell it all together if I can.
