I've got a Ford RC 44, using Waggy flat top outers. I want to match my rear 8 lug. I've found the obvious J 20 stuff but that uses external hub. What year Chevy stuff?

I pulled my stuff off a 3/4 ton Chevy 10 bolt. They use internal hubs and seem to be fairly common. Look for 3/4 ton Suburbans from the 80s.

will 44 and 10 bolt stuf swap

You might be able to swap the 8 lug ford hub/disc onto the waggy spindle....should swap right over....unless the 8 lug hub/dis is different then the ford 5 lug

I took a few quick measurements tonight. I think the hub demensions are thw same with the diff. being the Ford rotor has more of a top hat height to it, Going to press the disc off of each hub tommorrow and see. Wheel bearings are the same.
