so, the difference between 241 and 241C is the electronic speedo?

will a 241 SYE work on a 241C? the SYE housing has the cable drive speedo stuff machined into it...

The c is for chevrolet. you can get the sye with or without the elec speedo depending on what year the case is. 89 is mech., 90-91 are elec.
