i did search

the old dodge d60 front axle with the big 6 lug pattern
can it be converted to 8 lug pattern

I have the same problem, the options I am aware of are, custom machine the hubs down to fit a dodge rim (bigger center hole after all = less machining) this has to include machining down the locking hub too, redrill it to 8 lug and then find / build a spacer to fit on 8 lug brakes. or find the complete 8 lug setup off an international closed knuckle dana 70. I'm not actually sure the international hubs will fit on the dodge axle.
