Custom beadlocks

Just a reminder for you all. Custom beadlocks. Here's a pic of a set we did for a club. I believe it was 3 matching sets.

As always custom is on a case by case basis but I DO NOT charge for drawing the beadlock or any extra set up time. Our custom beadlocks are usually comparable in price to our off the shelf sets.

Ranging from $65 per wheel up to $85.

Another step we do on our beadlocks is to round the corner off on the outer ring where it will meet the tire, This prevents any sharp corner from gouging your aired down tire.

Not a no, however, we have quoted them several times in the past and they are pretty rediculously expensive. So far, nobody has done it.

i work at a metal shop and i needed a 24x24 piece or 1/4 aluminum and it was like 50-60 bucks dealer cost. :shaking: I would guess 4 rings with all the custom work would be expensive. just for the cost of material to begin with

Lots of styles to choose from which will effect the quote. $201.60-$336.00

We have experimented with some anti coning devices, just for the hell of it I guess. Never released anything though. Call me and we can discuss.

Those turned out nice! I like the look without all the bolt heads which is the only way I have ever seen that cut. Thanks for posting the pics.
