How different are Ford ranger 4" lift coils from say, TJ 4" lift coils?

I am trying to pick a good front spring for a SAS, but I haven't come across too much info regarding these ranger lift coils.

Interested in rate/height differences if anyone has access to it.

Ranger TTB coils are way to stiff for any kind of SAS (even for the TTB)...if your doing a SAS on a ranger look into using early bronco coils...give good lift and flex real well.

The jeep ones tend to be much more on the softer side, so you'd need longer ones to match the same lift as others.

TJ coils are WAAAY soft, I would use XJ/ZJ coils (about 240lbs-in vs. 180 for TJ coils). Some EB coils are around 300lbs-in and work well on a Supercab Ranger.

Ranger lift coils OTOH are anywhere from 400-550lbs-in. You could almost install a solid piece of 4.5" pipe in its place and get the same amount flex
