I did a search on here to try and find the spring rate and free length of the RUbicon Express 7.5" XJ coils and did not find that info.

SO I decided to just give them a call. After being on hold for over 5 minutes, I finally talk to a guy and asked him and was told "We don't give out that information?" WTF!!!:mad3:

Does any one kow the free length and rate of the RE 7.5" XJ coils? I have only heard good things about this company but this makes me kinda not want to use their stuff...

Sounds about like Rubicon Express great products but terrible customer service. Not sure on the spring rate but at least this will bring it back to the top for you.:D
