If I had the cash I'd fork it over for a dozen Bessey L-clamps, unfortunately I don't. Wilton I see makes a similar product but not much cheaper at all. Anyone got a source or idea? Suprised I can't find a Chinese knockoff of them anywhere.

then buy the Bessey clamps one at a time. the price is a little better if you get them on someones (a bigger customer) account. Usually the discount allows for a couple more clamps.

The really expensive Bessey clamps are the heavy duty S series; if you do not need the beef of a 7200/4800 S series the SQ series would be a good choice if you are on a budget.
For comparison the left clamp is a 12" S4800, the right clamp is an 8" S2400 that would go for ~$200 and ~$105 respectively while a SQ 12 (12") would go for ~$65.
