I didn't find much from searching around on the Pirate board, Does anybody know what type of A/C compressor came on the late 80's 6.2 diesel motors? Also has anyone converted theirs to an on board air unit. I'm trying to figure out what manifolds to use. Any help would be great, all the markings and labels on my compressor are unreadable. Thanks.

i have a pump off my 6.2 it was a 1990, im sure its the same, its in a storage so i can go take a look at it tomorrow. but my understanding is they have a long, short and medum pump size, and gm put the medium size on the 6.2
i have seen people use the long style pumps for oba fine, they just used an inline oiler. im sure it would work fine, as long as you had an oiler.
