i bought my D300 off ebay and when i got it it had this adapter bolted to it. the ad mad no mention of it so i guess its just a bonus prize for me :D. can anyone tell me what tranny it bolts to. also what is the stock spline count for the D300? i replaced the input with my adapter and i'm wondering if the one in my case was an aftermarket one as well. the adapter only has one # on it and i forget what it was, and the pic isn't clear enough to read. i'll get the # when i get home if no one can ID it by sight. thanks

Looks like an advance adapters part number - right number of digits anyway. What does the number say, can't make it all out?
