yes on odd # years, maybe not on even # years depends on what county you register it in. Where are ya thinkin?

I think the only counties on the east side of the state that do smog checks are up around Spokane. I know that we don't have smog in Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Grant, and Adams counties for sure.

well, like stated it depends on where you live, and of course how old your rig is. I have my 4runner tabbed on Fox Island (no emissions) but my Mustang and Jeep both have collectors plates so I don't even worry about them. I'm pretty sure that Thurston county has no emissions testing.

25 years and older is exempt in the state of Washington.
My 77 doesn't have to be smogged but my 1980s do. I live on the westside, I don't think it applies to the eastside as I don't think they have emission checks, unless Spokane does.

so if i am 27, and was born in 75, then that makes your rig 28 correct?

not sure if you have this figured out yet but if your rig is OLDER than 25 years it doesn't matter what county you live in:rolleyes:
