Thought people might be interested in this...rolling front end jig made from stuff we had around. Sets front end height (yellow jacks), location (locking casters), and pinon angle (blue jack) relative to the rig on jackstands so caster and mounts, etc. can be set and welded easily. The pieces of wood clamped to the frame are marked with points measured off the rear end and frame to center and locate the axle.

Just a thought, Screw jacks would hold a setting for as long as necessary where the hyd bottle jacks can leek down. ndon't get me wrong I like the design and will be copying it in a few days.:D
