Well i got a 400/208 today from a buddy and got right to work. Everything from the chevy 400 swapped right onto the caddy 400 with only one problem. The output of the caddy is about 2" longer than the chevy's. So im planning on just making a spacer to go between the transfer case and the adapter. Im realy happy to have the major drive train hurtle behind me. And it was alot easier than i thought it would be too! Heres a couple of shots of a 4x4 BPO 400 behind a 425 Cad... :smokin:

Wow that's a big motor. Does it weigh more than the truck? haha, can't wait to see this one built up.
