I'm rebuilding a Rockwell front axle and I'm looking for a replacement u-joint that may have a grease fitting and/or seals around the caps. My local Spicer dealer does not have a part number. I know some say these run in an enclosed boot-no seal needed but, I know water gets thru the zipper from time to time. Thanks for any help. Steve

I have not yet heard of anyone mass-producing replacement shafts or u-joints for the rockwells.....no one breaks them for teh most part!!! (how did you do it anyways?)
Talk to daniel on here...he might be able to yank a shaft and joint for ya....

Daniel,
i have the same problem. it's not that the axleshafts break.
it's the boots that get torn or ripped off, and then mud, water and sand get in and screw the joints.
when i asked you to keep 4 u-joint axleshafts for me, this is
exactly what i wanted to cure.
would it fix the problem?
anyway to get rid of those boots?
