suzuki offers the 2.0 in the forneza and some other crappy little car. i am guessing these would be the same 2.0 from the vitara, right?

i love how they call it "torquey" (my perception of "torquey" has been tainted by years of owning LT1 powered vehicles), but i guess everything is relative. how does the 2.0 compare to 1.6 16 valve HP/TQ output? are they heavier at all?

Yes they are more torquey, but it is a Daewoo engine and not Suzuki. I have replaced 3 of them in the last 10 months.....steer clear.

I bought an Aerio engine 2003, 2.0 and it is a Suzuki engine and the only difference I see is the oil pan pick up in the front not back like the Vitara.

Aerio is still Suzuki.

The Daewookis are as follows: Reno, Forenza and Verona.

The Aerio and G.V. are Suzuki and the New XL7 will be GM body w/Suzuki V6 powerplant "3.6 ltr". The new SX4 coming out will be Suzuki powered also.
