A lever pressure plate will have 3 actuating levers. A diaphramn style will have many fingers with little space between them. They should be interchangeable. Centerforce should have only one style-diaphram if I'm not mistaken. My experience with Centerforce is it was one of the smoothest and toughest clutches I've ever owned, worked great. I called them direct for excellent advice and great customer service. (no i don't work for them-lol)
