F-toy rule specifics

Ok, I understand this is all new, and there will be, and have already been rule changes. My issue is the specifics of the rules. I'm a fair and square guy, but I want to take complete advantage of everything I legally can when building my f-toy in the next few months.
The rules state
"Engine can be moved back 0"- 8" from stock
Engine can be moved down 0"-1" from stock"
Does this mean the motor can be raised??

Frame must be Toyota Pickup or 4Runner frame, 2wd or 4wd
How far can you modify the frame. Are there any rules as to how long the frame must be??

The motor cant be raised as the rule states.

Don’t think the rules say but common sense would dictate that the frame would need to be as long as the chassis and or spring mounts.

If the rules don’t state it then you can assume that it is not leagal.

Think like your assembling a toyota truck-stock just with a tubular body.

The ftoy rules allow changes to the vehicle based on stock references. So if it says you can move the engine back and down...that's all you can do up to 8"...Your choice as a driver is deciding how far up to 8"

As far as modifying the frame if your dealing with a rust issue that needs repaired, adding a Xmember for support, removing all the factory tabs, adding your own tabs to mount stuff etc...then these are all at the discrepency of the driver. You cannot change the overall geometry of a frame. However, picking a frame from an IFS or SA vehicle or an extended cab etc..will yield different options for your build.
