Looks like an early (F120?) engine except the oil cleaner is missing.

See it run:

look above the starter, there is a machined flat surface. it will tell you if it is a "F" series motor, and will have numbers next to it. there is a website online for identifying the year as close as you can. just do a yahoo search.

Are you trying to trip up the guys here?
Pan back and take a pic of the vehicle it's in, That is a 40-50's era Chevy the one the F was copied from, notice the starter below the manifold in the pic.....Toyota never mounted them on this side.

That is NOT a Toyota motor. Look at the rise on the cylinder head between the manifold surface and the valve cover deck. Toyota cylinder heads were much more boxey in all year configurations, locating the manifold plane just below the valve cover deck.

old siamese port

What is a siamese port and do you know what years had it?

See the front intake runner on both the engines pictured?
Siamesed port, meaning the front 2 and rear 2 cylinders intakes are siamesed, the later years are still together but there is a divider visible with the intake off, Mark or one of the other gurus will have to tell ya the last year, I want to say 67 maybe
Here is an OEM 216 in an early GM PU.
