I sold my jeep to get a 4 runner and I keep my 1 chamber flowmaster. How would it sound and would it help increase maybe 5 horsepower. I need to replace the muffler on the 4 runner and I already have the flowmaster....Anyone using one on there 4 runner or 4 banger....

you sure its a 1 chamber?

I am running a 40 series on my Amigo 4 banger with 2.5in pipe all the way.
it sounds "odd" but "good" at the same time :D
like the bastard lovechild of a Harley and a weedwhacker

Yes there 1 chamber and I got them from summit a few years ago. There for off road only and racings. There pretty samll and sounded bad ass on my cj 7 with a 304. I have them on my 2002 ford crew cab and I'm trading it in next week. Don't want to let them sit around and I need to replace the one on my 4 runner. I have two of them and I have not seen anyone around hear with a 4 banger with a flowmaster..

I had a Flowmaster 40 on my 2.5L that I got from a friend I hated it and had it replaced with a Magnaflow.

I had one on my old toy. Couldn't really tell it was there.
