i am disapointed in the lack of service at legacy.i ordered my seat covers on april 1 and my visa was billed on april 3rd so they had the patterns and the colors needed as they say they wont bill the credit card till they know they have everything.
its it now june 2 and i have called and and called 2 times i have gotten someone to pick up a phone other 7 times i had to leave an message the 2 time they did answer i was told they will call me right back with info on where my order is.
needless to say i do not know where they are if there made or not.i just dod not know its been over 8 weeks thats double there estimate of 3 to 4 weeks.
june the 2nd they told me that it was shipped may 25 by UPS,i asked for a tracking number which was there policy to email the customer when they are shipped which i never got but they could not find a tracking number but asured me that it would be here no later than june 7th.13 days even to canada thats BS.it simply wasnt shipped and now there phone is set on the fewest rings and there mailbox is full(not mine cause im not called them since there promise.
just a warning to everyone out there that might want to buy from them i am calling my CC company now to see if i can get my money back.
califonia tops isnt the only one that screws people.
