got you beat sloan...i've got an issue from 1989. it was just typewritten and xeroxed (can barely even see the pictures, the xeroxing was so bad). i've also got the first issue done like the one you posted...only difference is, it was on pink paper: )

One of Gary Bjork's funniest mistakes! Rustycruiser and I drove out to the Eastern Shore of MD to meet Gary during a trip back in 1996. I gave him some pictures from back home, and despite having seen my light-grey, SU FJ62 with 4-square headlights, Gary thought that picture was a shot of mine..DOH!

Duh! I can't read what I can't see. Henry already made the correction, but I wasn't patient enough to wait for all of the comments to load. Supposedly, One of our club members has like all the issues back to 93. The PO of his Cruiser gave them to him. But he won't even let me look at them. My dad has some of the old xeorox copied newsletters. They are really old, I was just a kid.

I remember when that issue came out, I knew it was'nt yours because it was sprung over, and back then you were still sprung under.

Not a blast from TT past, but one from mine. This was in 1980, it is a 78 fj55 stock no ac or ps. I'm the one on the right. It is no small wonder that I now drive a LC wagon. I don't know where my brother went wrong, he's driving a Trooper.

Funny, that could have been my brother and I. In 81 My father bought our first LC (78 55) and I have been addicted since. There has not been a time since then that we have not had a LC. 55's to Two 60's and then my brother and I with two 40's...
