I have a ton of toys and am more into my jetskis they dont hurt as bad when I fall. :) I have a 2001 yamaha raptor 660 with a full $600 race exhaust that I put on it just recently. The only downside to the quad is it came from new york which is a title less state. So I have no pink slip for it I assure you it is not stolen and you would be picking it up directly fom my house so theres no funny bussiness. I contacted DMV and they could issue a title for it but it has to be brought down there to them Which I hate anything to do with the dmv so I never dealt with it. I used the quad to get up and down my driveway (if you come and see the quad you will understand why u need an atv for that) I recently purchased a polaris Ranger so no more need for the quad. First $2800 takes her home.

well if you dealt with gettin the pink slip from the dmv you would easily get the registration green sticker too.

Just FYI, New York does have titles for ATVs. Just hardly anybody pays attention to them.

Not to be an a$$, but if youre that lazy to not get the slips I think you may have trouble getting a buyer regardless of the awesome price. Not to mention, if your that lazy, what kind of condition is it in? Getting a red star on PBB will help too, esp since you dont have the papers. Id bet you once you do it will sell very soon.

How will having a red star help him convince somebody to buy his quad with DMV problems?? If somebody goes to the DMV and says I bought this from a red star member at PBB, will they give the buyer a lolipop?

"Tatonka" I own 4 houses 3 quads 6 cars as of yesturday only 1 dirt bike 5 trailers a 32ft motorhome A utv A tractor and 6 jetskis. Yes you must be lazy to aquire nice things might I mention. If you have the ability to read you would understand as to why I purchased the quad in the first place it was not a recreational quad for me it was to help with getting up and down my increadibly steep driveway it sounds obviously like you are not interested in the quad so I dont really see the reason for your comment about my so called "laziness". I VERY VERY VERY RArely as in once used the quad off my property therefore I could careless about getting the paperwork for it......... I have much more important things to worry about than getting the pinkslip to a quad that sits in my garage. Having a red star here does nothing for the DMV (I never said it did, did I?); however, it does show that you are a paying supporter of the PBB. THIS does give people some sort of a (even if small) safe feeling when buying/selling on the PBB. There are MANY people on here that will NOT buy from anyone without a red star. I wouldn’t buy anything without papers. Period. Not because I thought it was stolen, but its overall better to have and it SHOULD have papers.

If you have all the said items you should know that it’s even in your best interest to have the slips. So before you get your panties in a wad, READ what I said again. I never questioned your reason for buying it or your use of it, did I?? I’m not sure where you’re reading into all of this, or why. Get off your ass, get the slip, sell the quad, and then go back an sign up for a basic grammar class.
