Ive started my cruiser build ! And I am doing a spring over,shackle flip,rear spring flip,scout power steering conversion and disc brake conversion on a 1969 FJ40.
My questions are; What pitman arm to use?(Im going high steer)?
Is it possible to cut and turn my front axle or is it worth
the money to have it done?

Have the cut and turn done by a shop. Unless you have the jig already to do it. After all, it should only be $200-400. Just remove the axle before you take it in to save some coin.
Pitman arm depends on what hi-steer you plan on running. Probably get one from that supplier though.
