does anyone know where to buy a 12" lift kit for like an 80's or 90's 4wheel drive ranger. or how about 11" or 10". how much lift do you think it would take to fit 44's or 40's under a ranger comfortably? hows about a built 302 or 350 in it? what mods do you think i should all get to make er hammer down? air filter, carb, intake manifold, headers, cam, crank. what else sounds good?

Read here for about 6-7 months, then take some welding classes.. buy a welder and some 1 ton axles... fab up your own suspension, then you can run your precious 44s...

there is no reason for a lift kit.
you need real axles for 44's. the lift will be a byproduct of installation of the real axles for the 44's.
might want to consider a different engine trans and t case too.
no v8? why drive?

front dana 60, 14 bolt rear and a decent 4 link setup should get you there with the beef to support 44s. Run at least a 351w and a good strong 4 speed with a double case if you want to crawl, or a c6 if you want to mud.
