2 Great parts rigs = 1 good running rig. I have one 1989 Toyota 4-Runner that is Grey. It has no motor, no tranny, transfercase or drivelines. However it still has good interior and 2 good axels. I got this rig from a junk yard and had no luck getting it to pass smog or brake and lamp inspection so I gave up on it. It has a solid axel conversion of some sort. Lift springs in the front. I started to part it out, however it still has good parts onit. I used the rear axel and strapped a good 85' rear axel underneath it.
*The other 4-runner is white and has practically no interior, however it runs good. It was rear-ended and body needs some straightening. Has a 22R-E and 4-speed tranny. I think it has around 165,000 miles on it. It is 1988 and IFS, however combined with the other 4-runner could make a good rig.
*I have paperwork for both. The 88' I bought from a towing storage company. We are located in Hopland, CA. JUst about 45 miles north of Santa Rosa. You tow and make an offer.
