Hello to anyone that can help. I own a 90 isuzu pickup with a 2.6 thats not getting spark. The truck came from a friend that didn't want to deal with fixing it anymore. But before giving it to me he put new cap, rotor, wires, and coil on it but still no spark. I have checked all the grounds I could find for good connection and all fuses. I've replaced the pickup assembly in the distributor two times. Theirs voltage going to the coil and distributor. It's getting fuel also. I read on another thread that theres a ignition module under the intake but I couldn't find it. I was going to try an ECM but I'm hope it something simpler and cheaper. Any pointers would be great.

Timing Belt? Pop the cap off and turn the engine over to see if the rotar is spinning.

Try your main relay. I troubleshot this and replaced a buttload, and it was the main relay. It is on the passenger side fender, under the sheet metal cover. It will be orange/brown.

Now the ignition module is under the intake manifold. If you take the fender flap off of the passenger side and look under there you will see something that looks like a heatsink towards the rear of the engine. It has two wires going to it also. They plug into the coil, so if you trace those wires you will find it. GL man.

Thanks for both your help. I've checked the rotor and timing belt and their working good. I'll try changing the relay and track down the ignition module as a next step. Again thanks for your reply.

You could just jumper the relay as a diagnostic step before you buy another, they are dpdt and not that common.

Thanks for everones help. It turned out to be the Ignition Module. Thank you NotSoSimple for telling me where it was at I would have never found it on my own. It feels good to have it running. All I have to do is fix small stuff. Again a big Thanks to Everyone.

I can try to get some pics posted. Are you looking to see the installed part or the whole truck. I must admit though that the truck is not that great of shape, kinda rough on the outside.
