trans cooler could use upgrading or adding double check the flow through the existing cooler before ordering so you can determine if you are going to replace it entirely or use the cooler in the radiator in series with the new cooler.
The cooler in the radiator will be a far more effective cooler when moving at slow speeds, than the aftermarket coolers that do not have a dedicated fan.
The ZF-6 speed in the F350's & the nv5600 in the doges are integrated bellhousing transmissions. This may generate problems in adapting the transmission to the engine. or it was a problem when I looked at it several years ago.
Springs shouldn't be a problem for you since you aren't really going to load the rear end with a noteable amount of weight.

You should be fine flat towing or a car dolly. Zuks don't weigh much and if you flat tow, you will be well within the burbs capability. In 77, burbs were gutless as you probably know so don't expect to go anywhere fast.

what are your plans for a dually rear? pickup width dually and add flairs, or try and tuck a C&C dually up under the fenders?
i just swapped a C&C dually under my "home made crew cab" wich is on a suburban chassis. its got a flat bed,not the fenders, but the rear part of the frame is the same.
for a C&C axle, you need to remove the old spring hangers from the frame, and add the 1 ton frame brackets. to keep the burb body youll need to modify either the body mount above the front hanger,or youll have to modify that front hanger. youll need the1 ton "upside down" u bolts since a regular plate wont work up top with the big dually drum. if you want to keep the burb tank in the rear you have to put both shocks on the front of the axle, and it wouldnt surprise me if you have to modify the inner wheelwell for inside tire clearance.
let me know if ya have any other questions on it once you get to that part of your swap :)
