Best and least expensive belong no where near eachother. How much lift are we talking about here? The best would be either a 2.5" or 4" shackle flip if you're going 2-4" lift(about $180). Anything more than 4", get a shackle flip and springs. As for cheapest, lift blocks would be it. But only up to 4", have seen some 5" ones. Axle wrap sucks and so do lift blocks.

Like he said, tall blocks suck, lift springs and/or shackle flip is best.

BTW, how are you lifting the front and how much lift are we talking about??

They make a 2.5" shackle flip.

The only shackle on the rear of the truck is at the rear side of the spring and the shackle goes up from it's mounting location(tension shackle). A shackle flip is a kit in which you remove the factory shackle mounting bracket and bolt on a whole new bracket which lift the shackle so that is goes down from it's mounting location(compression shackle). So if you get a 2.5" shackle flip, it will flip the shackle as I have described and will net you 2.5" of lift.

Here's a link or ORD's shackle flip page. There are other shackle flips out on the market as well.
