You could try an air powered "nibbler" or air powered shears. A die grinder with cut off wheel works or do like I do and fire up the plasma.

The other day I bought a sawzall imitation, made in china POS, at harbor freight. It was to be used on a non-Jeep related project, and actually it performed pretty good. It was only $40.

It's the air body saw. I used it for my fenders. Used 1 blade and half of another doing the fenders and bumper. Works good, you just have to have a steady hand like everything else.

Ditto. But does anyone know of a good source of cutting discs, preferably mail order? Grinding discs are everywhere (box of 10 for what, $6 at HF?) but cutting discs are $3 a pop at my local Ace.

I buy the cutting discs in packs at my local Northern Tools store. $10 for a 10-pack.
