is this for both knuckles? Can you get a list of what is included? Spindle bearings, seals, is it a full kingpin rebuild or ust the bearings?

These kits include the kingpin bearings, inner axle seals, shims, felts, rubber gaskets, and all gaskets needed to reinstall your wheel and locking hub. Knuckle rebuild kits do not include wheel bearings. Kit is for both knuckles.
