does any one make a kit so that i can use 2lo with the hubs locked?i know if you have some people install your gears they perform the mod while they are there.I did mine myself and was wondering if i went back into the case how can i get this option peformed?

Here's a link
http://www.izook.com/tech/2wdlow/2wdlow.htm

I have the 2LO conversoin in my 4.1 case but I never seem to use it. When ever I need low range I need all four turning 9 times out of 10

I used to use mine all the time before i got power steering!
Actually i use it now! If I need a little extra gearing for parking on a steep hill, i throw it in 2 low, or if im backing up my trailer that i tow with it, i will use it then too......It comes in handy when you need it!

go talk to glenn at rockyroad outfitters.....he is brewing a special surprise for the people that want a 2-low option. i am sworn to secrecy as to what they are but keep an eye out on IZOOK.com for the write up coming soon. they have the new toys in their hot little hands as we speak!! :flipoff2: :flipoff2: :flipoff2:

Petroworks dude, Gary will hook you up. I have it in my GRSII and I love it, I have power steering and I still use it 99% on the trail.

He quoted me once for the fork $45 but I don't know if it still at that price.

Wasnt Brent talking about doing something like that at one time?? Kind of a twin stick idea?

it is a physical impossibility to disengage the rear wheels on a zuk t-case. the gears are constantly meshed. without some serious engineering it will not be happening anytime in the near future.

Ahhhhhhhh! I beg to differ. If I am not mistaken it is in his (Brent's) new buggy. I know I saw 3 shifters in the cab at Moab. Am I wrong?...... Brent?

Or did our neighbors (Canadians) beer bong have too much of an effect on me?

please re-read the last sentence of my previous post. :D
to clarify, it would be impossible without some serious machining. is it also possible that he has a sidekick t-case under there.....altogether a different story and completely out of my realm of knowledge.

Hi -

You are right - we have it and it is in our new Rock buggy. 2 wheel low - front only. The kits will be available very soon. It is NOT twin stick, however. The one in our buggy is air operated by a switch on the dash but production models will be cable operated.
